  2. U.S. Bureau of the Census, Foreign Trade Division.  Home of USA Trade Online from Stat-USA.  Detailed commodity exports and imports data.  Subscription required to access data.  Exporter rules and regulations, including instructions for the Automated Export System, here.
  3. U.S. International Trade Commission.  Extensive data on tariff rates by country and commodity.
  4. Export-Import Bank of the United States.  Provides financing to U.S. businesses with international transactions. 
  5. Overseas Private Investment Corporation.  A federal agency to assist U.S. businesses in investing in developing countries.
