Course Overview
Students have the opportunity to learn about the historical and current economics of Florence. The class has three major objectives:
- Promote student understanding and appreciation of Italian culture.
- Promote students understanding of the rich history of Florence so that they can better appreciate the experience.
- Promote student awareness of key agricultural commodities produced in central Italy.
